About HEE
To support the local area’s healthcare industry, the Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Investment Board (WFWIB) and Southwest Corner Workforce Development Board (SCWDB) worked in partnership to develop the Healthcare Employment Ecosystem. Both WFWIB and SCWDB will sustain the HEE through their individual healthcare industry partnerships.
Convene
HEE assists healthcare providers in convening with their local workforce development board, fellow healthcare colleagues, and community partners to discuss challenges, solutions, and areas they would like to grow as employers.
Strategize
HEE partners are provided with an opportunity to strategize potential solutions and resources to address the most critical challenges facing their organizations and the entire healthcare industry.
Support
Support through the HEE better equips local healthcare providers with the resources they need to overcome industry challenges.
