The WFWDB is requesting bids from qualified and eligible organizations to facilitate and provide mental health training to WFWDB staff and Westmoreland-Fayette PA CareerLink® staff. The WFWDB is seeking bidders with previous experience in providing mental health awareness training and mental health training that specifically supports employees in identifying and overcoming mental health challenges in others and themselves.

The submission of bids unnecessarily elaborate or lengthy is not encouraged; neither are special bindings or coverings. Bids must be submitted in a Calibri 11-point font, using standard 8.5” by 11” paper with 1” margins. Page numbers must be provided in the footer. One (1) digital, emailed copy of the bid must be received no later than Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. ET. Submitted bids should not be longer than five (5) pages. Should bids longer than five pages be received, the WFWDB will not review bids past the fifth page. Bids and any attachments must be emailed as a single file in Portable Document Format (PDF). Bids received after the due date and time will not be considered for review.
